Campurkan semua bahan A. Gaul sebati dan simpan semalaman.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan tepung ke dalam mangkuk besar. Buat lubang ditengah2 tepung.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan bahan A tadi dan uli rata sehingga menjadi doh lembut dan tidak lekat di tangan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;4. Tutup doh dengan tuala lembab selama 30 minit.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5. Bahagikan doh kepada 70g setiap satu hingga habis atau mengikut kesesuaian saiz acuan anda. Rehatkan sebentar.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6. Leperkan kulit tadi dan isikan inti. Balut keseluruhan inti tadi. Sapukan sedikit tepung pada doh dan acuan.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;7. Tekan doh ke dalam acuan dan keluarkan.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;8. Sapukan telur pada permukaan kuih bulan tadi dan bakar selama 10 minit pada suhu 180C.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;9. Selepas 10 minit, keluarkan dan sapu telur sekali lagi. Bakar semua hingga kekuningan. Masukkan butter cair dan pukul seketika hingga sebati.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;4. Bahagikan adunan kpd 4 bahagian dan masukkan setiap satu dgn pewarna merah, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;    hijau,kuning dan choc emulco. Lengser loyang dgn butter dan alas dgn grease proof paper.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;6. Masukkan 1 sudu bsr adunan warna merah ditengah2 loyang. Diikuti dgn warna hijau di atas &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;    warna merah, kuning di atas warna hijau dan choc emulco di atas warna kuning. Pukul buter dan gula sehingga sebati.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan kuning telur dan kacau rata lagi.&lt;br /&gt;3. Ayakkan tepung jagung, tepung gandum dan serbuk koko.&lt;br /&gt;4. Masukkan sedikit demi sedikt dan kacau rata,&lt;br /&gt;5. Gunakan acuan bunga cina/dahlia untuk mencorakkan patern.&lt;br /&gt;6. Pamkan adunan kedalam paper-cup dan hiaskan dengan coklat rice dan badam cincang.&lt;br /&gt;7. Masakkan dalam oven 170'C selama 25 minit.&lt;br /&gt;8. Panaskan oven 180 C.&lt;br /&gt;2. Pukul putih telur hingga stiff peak.&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan gula sedikit demi sedikit.&lt;br /&gt;4. Masukkan vanilla dan kacau rata.&lt;br /&gt;5. Akhir sekali masukkan kelapa kering dan kaub balik.&lt;br /&gt;6. Masukkan ke dalam pipping bag dan picit atas dulang pembakar.&lt;br /&gt;7. Masukkan tepung jagung kedalam adunan perlahan. Kacau rata. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"  style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;7. Masukkan adunan dalam acuan yg sedia ada Bahan A tadi. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"  style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;8. Bakar pada suhu 150'C selama 70 minit. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"  style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;10. Biarkan kek dalam oven beberapa jam. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"  style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;11. Hiaskan dengan fresh cream dan strawberry filling. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"  style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;12.
